He is Ebenezer

People of God during the times of difficulty look behind their lives and recollect instances of God's faithfulness. This helps them in their spiritual journey to be strengthened by seeing how God helped them, provided them, healed them and comforted them. They are able to rely thus because the Word of God says so,

Samuel 7:12 (New Living Translation)
Samuel then took a large stone and placed it between the towns of Mizpah and Jeshanah. He named it Ebenezer (which means “the stone of help”), for he said, “Up to this point the Lord has helped us!”

Here the last line of the scripture doesn't look it is stopped with that. It is like 'up to this point the Lord has helped us; and so forth will continue to help us...

The voice of the statement seems to have a future continuous tense. Isn't this an assurance of His faithfulness to us...What more do we need? When pulled down we just need to remember that

'up to this point the Lord has helped us; and so forth will continue to help us...
