Once the disciples and Jesus were travelling to another place in a boat. A furious storm broke out and the waves broke over the boat. The disciples got scared and woke up Jesus who was sleeping in the stern and asked Him a doubting question whether He really cared for them. Jesus got up and rebuked the wind and everything became calm. He asked His disciples "Do you still have no faith?" (Mark 4:36-41)
Likewise when we face storms in our life, we forget who is in our life boat and many times ask the same perplexing question to Jesus. "Lord, don't you care for me?" But Jesus who has moved marvelously in our lives, who has worked wonders, who has many times proved His sovereignty, provision, and help, is reminding us of who He is and asks us "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
What is our reaction to Him and how are gonna face the storms of our life? With faith or with fear?
