No tongue slipping...

We cannot use unfair or bad-tempered words to someone and then say that we did not mean it. Nothing can slip out of our mouth which we have not pondered or thought about in our minds. In our daily conversations we say so many things to people we associate with, and when we say something we are communicating a meaning to them. Even simple words do convey a meaning to the receiver. What we miss at times is the weightage we add to those words. We may at times not add much weightage to what we say but surely it does to the receiver.

Luke 6:45 (New King James Version)
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

So let us keep our hearts clean and good, so that out of its abundance we may bring forth good words...
