Why worry?

When we are worried it is very difficult for us to remain calm and composed unless we find an answer. Not every single problem we face may come up with immediate results. At the same time we will not be able to arrive at solutions by worrying. Though as intellectual beings we know this truth we are unable to help ourselves from worrying. But the Word of God has a remedy for us,

1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Nahum 1:7 (NIV)

The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.

Cares here refers to God's intervention and help or in simple terms a solution for the problem. So let us learn to just give all our anxieties to the Lord and trust Him to work on it.

  1. The Lord says in Matt 6:27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

    And also he says,
    1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

    Nahum 1:7 (NIV)

The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.

Very rightly said --- Lets learn to leave it to the Lord and trust in him to work on it.

    Amen for this too...

  2. Bible says, "All things work together for good to those who love God."
So lets patiently wait for His time. God's timetable moves slowly but it always moves surely.
Lets seek His hand n live peacefully!
