Many of us are very good when it comes to talk about our faith or Jesus. But to reflect Jesus is the harder part for any child of God. But that is where true faith lies. Not just to live what we believe but reflect the one whom we worship. If the Son of God truly lives within us then we cannot be a person who is different from Him.
1 John 2:5-6 (New Living Translation)
5 But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him. 6 Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did.
Our behavior, attitude, perception of people and life. The way we communicate to others; the way we are sensitive to others and respect their feelings and thought pattern; the way we show tolerance towards those who are different from us; the way we emphathize and the way we disagree with someone in an appropriate manner...All these (and more) should reflect the way Jesus would have done.
If truly Jesus is born in our hearts, then let Him reign and rule over us so that He will be evidently seen being in us.
